I haven't tried it the way seeclear has suggested but that sounds much faster. from photobucket you upload your pics from whatever file you have them on your computer. once loaded, scroll over the picture and 5 windows pop up below. right click on html code and hit copy. go back to where you want to post it and pastepanasonic th-50pz85u

I find Photobucket considerably more intuitive than Flikr (for what that's worth)...
